Since opening in October 2003, John Gordon Gallery has established a reputation as a leading dealer in Contemporary Aboriginal Art. The gallery’s wide selection of Aboriginal Art, has been hand-chosen from Australia’s leading Aboriginal art centres including Papunya Tula Artists, Maningrida Arts and Culture, Watiyawanu Artists of Amunturrungu Aboriginal Corporation, Tangentyere Artists, Warlayirti Artists, Jirrawun Arts, Warmun Art and Red Rock Art. The gallery works closely with the art centres to curate fully documented exhibitions with an interest in both established and emerging Aboriginal artists. We have a monthly program of solo and group exhibitions showing work in a variety of media, including painting, print making/etching and sculpture.
